Here are some of our favourite holiday units
Lakeland Dialysis Centre is located in the heart of the Lake District in Cumbria. Operating since 2004, the centre offers high quality care. The unit is equipped with 4 HDF machines, fully reclining chairs and onsite parking.
KC Dialysis Centre The KC dialysis center is a friendly, family run dialysis unit which provides haemodialysis facilities for patients who wish to visit the seaside town of Bournemouth, Dorset and the surrounding area. The unit has eight stations with fully reclining chairs and parking is available directly outside the unit.
The centre is based in the village of Dersingham, Norfolk. It is close to Sandringham and just 15 minutes from the seaside town of Hunstanton to the North and the historic port town of King’s Lynn to the South. The rest of North Norfolk’s beautiful coastline is easily accessible.
The small, friendly run, nurse run clinic includes two Fresenius 5008 dialysis machines, reclining dialysis chairs, and free parking directly outside.
Wells Next the Sea. The unit currently operates holiday dialysis on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. They have four stations set within a bright and airy room with garden views. The unit is open May - end September. Equipped with Fresenious 5008s HDF machines with fully reclining comfortable chairs and access to TV/DVD player along with free Wifi. We offer refreshments of tea and biscuits or a cold drink. Free car parking. Disabled toilets and wheelchair access. Please note you must have been receiving dialysis for a minimum of 1 year in order to dialyse here, and a maximum weight limit of 132kg (this is due to the type chairs used)
